There are a lot of PTR sites (Paid To Read, -paid to read e-mails-), although most of them doesn't send many mails or they're geolocalizated. I'll add more sites, for the moment i recommend only two:
Leepubli: sends just a few mails but it's PTC too, and pays, besides, for checking sites and autosurf, totalizing an interesting amount each day (its features are listed in the section of PTC).
Donkeymails: Donkeymails send good few mails, specially if you are in a good location. Besides, it has PTC (pays a little), "PTC contest", traffic exchange, pay-to-register and pay-to-review. Is worth noting its 5 referral levels: 5%, 4%, 3%, 2%, 1% respectively.
Es-Fácil: it doesn't sends so many mails if you are not in a good location, but you can earn money with your referrals anyway. It has 5 referral levels and it pays 5 cents each mail, as well as one cent each mail readed by your direct and indirect referrals. Very reliable and safe.

AWSurveys: There are a lot of sites of this kind, but often are geolocalizated too, and often need a specific profile. For the moment i only recommend AWsurveys, but on trial, because it has many surveys at the beginning and just a few later.

Beruby: an interesting site. It pays to visit web sites (PTC), to register, to buy, to use search engines like Yahoo! and MSN, and it works as an organizer center for your surfing, putting on just one site all your frequently used web sites.

It's not the most profitable option but, perhaps, it's the most attractive. There are many pages offering free games to make money or free gifts.
Prizee: the most famous, no doubt of that. It offers one free play each day, in all the games availables on its portal, giving you credits if you win the level.
